Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver you will perform warehouse duties such as inwards stock control, picking and packing products from our vast product line, loading vans for deliveries and covering delivery routes when required.

The role allows direct customer interaction and supports the operation by providing excellent service to customers, aiming to secure repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Complete inwards stock control and inventory management
• Pick and pack product orders for customer delivery
• Load and unload vans for scheduled deliveries
• Drive delivery routes safely and on time
• Interact directly with customers to provide assistance and support

Qualifications

• DRIVING: Hold a valid UK driver’s licence with no more than 3 points and be a minimum of 21 years old (insurance purposes)
• EXPERIENCE: Proven multi‑drop and basic warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION: Great conversational skills to enhance customer service and engagement with colleagues and customers
• ADAPTABILITY: Ability to switch up your day as needed to support business demands
