We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards.
• Ensure excellent store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience.
• Availability required for 4‑5 days per week, including one weekend day.
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00AM and 8:00PM.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalized and attentive service.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage customers.
• Solve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and continue professional development.
• Recognize the importance of setting and achieving sales targets.
• Showcase teamwork and collaboration to reach store goals.
