Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards.
- Ensure excellent store operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience.
- Availability required for 4‑5 days per week, including one weekend day.
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00AM and 8:00PM.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalized and attentive service.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage customers.
- Solve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and continue professional development.
- Recognize the importance of setting and achieving sales targets.
- Showcase teamwork and collaboration to reach store goals.
