Shape how care is delivered — not just deliver it
Looking for a role where you don’t just deliver care — you shape how it’s delivered?
Strong care services aren’t built from policies alone. They’re built in real time — out in the community, where care is actually happening.
This role is designed for someone who understands that.
As a Quality & Practice Lead, you’ll play a key operational role in maintaining care standards, supporting carers in practice, and strengthening service delivery across domiciliary care.
This is a specialist, field‑based role focused on quality, visibility, and real‑time support — not line management.
Why this role stands out
- Specialist quality & practice role within domiciliary care
- No direct line management – influence through hands‑on practice
- Focus on live care delivery, not retrospective audits
- Bridge the gap between care plans and real‑world delivery
- Key role in embedding standards across new and existing staff

- Support new carers in building confidence and delivering care safely
- Identify emerging risks and elevate appropriately
- Participate in the management on‑call rota
What you’ll bring
