Head of Commercial Finance

The Consultancy Group are working on a highly commercial Head of Finance opportunity for a large matrix organisation. A great role that offers a flexible working culture and the chance to Business Partner and C- Suite level.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director to drive profitability, commercial performance, and sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with Group Finance policies, processes, and financial controls.
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the annual audit process.
• Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including the Food Transformation programme.
• Build effective business partnerships with senior stakeholders, clients, and corporate functions.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team, driving continuous improvement in people, processes, controls, and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and governance across the division.
