We are looking for a Solution Data Architect to drive our Connecting the Value Stream (CVS) transformation by enabling a consistent, enterprise‑aligned data architecture across systems.
In this role, you will design end‑to‑end data flows, canonical data models, and integration mappings aligned to the CDM, supporting a “capture once, use everywhere” approach. You will work closely with architects, integration teams, vendors, and governance teams to ensure high data quality, consistency, and adherence to enterprise standards.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Define and govern end‑to‑end data flows across systems and platforms
- Design and maintain canonical data models and system‑level data structures aligned to enterprise standards
- Develop integration mappings aligned with the Canonical Data Model (CDM)
- Ensure seamless data integration across core systems and supporting platforms
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including Solution Architects, integration teams, and vendors
- Support data impact assessments and design decisions across programs
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, including reference data alignment
- Establish and manage data ownership and accountability frameworks
- Design solutions that support both operational and analytical use cases, especially across underwriting, policy, and claims domains
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a Solution Data Architect
- Strong knowledge of:
- Data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)
- Integration patterns and architectural design principles
- Experience with:
- Confluent and Apache Flink integrations (highly desirable)
- Erwin or similar data modeling tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and seniority levels
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable challenging constructively in complex discussions
- Maintains composure, professionalism, and respect in high‑pressure environments
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a plus
