Cloud Solutions Architect – Azure Lead

Essex County Council is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to drive the technical vision for its Resident Experience Programme. The role involves hybrid working with at least one day in the Chelmsford office per week. You’ll oversee scalable, secure technology solutions and work closely with diverse teams to enhance digital services.

The ideal candidate will have strong cloud architecture experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
