Job Overview
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life‑changing hearing care. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC qualified) to work in our Maidenhead Hearing Centre. The role is a permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility as required by business needs. You will receive support from a designated diary coordinator and a supportive managerial team.

Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified timeframes in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise them daily.
- Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation.
- Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist or Pre‑Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist.
- Hold current HCPC registration.
- Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA.
- Possess IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Demonstrate time and job management abilities to allow a well‑planned and structured approach to workload.
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
