You will lead Drug Discovery projects, providing scientific leadership and applying expertise across various biophysical techniques such as SPR, GCI, ITC, DLS, DSF, and SEC‑MALS. Your responsibilities include managing projects from initial client discussions to successful delivery, generating high‑quality data, contributing to business proposals, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field plus PhD or equivalent experience
- Proven success leading scientific, client‑facing projects
- Experience across a broad range of biophysical techniques, including SPR, GCI, ITC, DLS, DSF, and SEC‑MALS
- Background in CRO, biotech, pharma, or academia
