Our Company’s Animal Health Technology Solutions offers global animal identification and monitoring solutions for companion animals and livestock. These solutions enable pet owners to manage the health and well‑being of their pets and help livestock producers improve well‑being and animal production. Our Technology Solutions division is evolving toward a Product Operating Model that empowers product teams to own and deliver customer and business value.
Product Management Role
As a Product Manager, you will drive value and viability within the product team and take full ownership of product strategy, discovery, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Continue development and scaling of the SH Swine and LeeO products for swine businesses globally, starting in the US, Spain and Chile.
- Define overall product vision and strategy focusing on value, business outcome, and user experience.
- Create high‑level market valuations, compelling value propositions, and business cases for new concepts and capabilities.
- Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities to inform new product development.
- Develop and implement key partnerships that add value to the SH Swine offering.
Customer & Market Insight
- Drive continuous product discovery and translate insights into a prioritized backlog.
- Execute customer insight strategies such as surveys, farm visits, and advisory boards.
- Make product decisions anchored in customer needs and aligned with strategy.
- Translate insights into prioritized backlog and outcomes‑based roadmap.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Connect delivery squads with customers for open communication and alignment.
- Work with commercial teams to ideate, validate value propositions, and align with customer needs.
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success for end‑to‑end delivery and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the Technology Lead, Product Designer, and engineers to validate and deliver solutions.
- Lead adoption, retention, and growth using marketing, customer success, and commercial capabilities.
Go‑to‑Market & Commercialization
- Drive release planning, manufacturing, go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing support.
- Co‑operate with the Tech Lead, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to optimize product launch.
- Engage commercial teams across regions to promote the product’s value proposition.
- Establish customer success frameworks and support models for optimal adoption.
Performance & Accountability
- Develop and adhere to annual and five‑year financial plans.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Define and calibrate product metrics to track success.
- Conduct business reviews and monitor trends to inform strategy.
- Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, animal or life sciences, veterinary medicine or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in technology, livestock management, or animal health industries.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, or similar role on technology‑powered products.
- Ability to work across engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and judgment in assessing risks.
- Proven ability to engage engineers, designers, stakeholders, and senior leaders collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
