Test Automation Manager | London | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead Quality Engineering initiatives, shape automation strategies and deliver high-quality software solutions across a range of exciting client projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor high-performing Quality Engineering teams, supporting career development and technical growth.
• Define and implement modern test automation and Quality Engineering strategies.
• Remain hands‑on with automated testing and coding while driving technical direction.
• Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to improve software quality and delivery.
• Champion best practices across Quality Engineering and contribute to the wider technical community.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading Test Automation or Quality Engineering teams.
• Strong background in automated testing and modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude and Playwright MCP.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
