Our client, a leading building integrity services company, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a site in Sunderland. The role involves managing a specialist team who are dismantling a large canopy across 3 Highrise buildings in the city centre. The position is a short‑term freelance role to cover holiday initially, but may lead to further work following a successful project.
Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have a valid Temporary Works certificate.
