Site Manager

Overview

We are recruiting for Site Managers to work on our Southwest Water Framework delivery, covering both potable and wastewater infrastructure projects across Devon and West Dorset.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safe, quality‑assured delivery of projects in accordance with client specifications and reporting requirements.
• Drive the implementation of HSEQ requirements in line with Network Plus processes and systems and aligned to client expectations.
• Ensure documentation, site records, forward planning, forecasting, progress photographs and on‑site progress are maintained.
• Serve as the point of contact to close out actions, observations and non‑conformities promptly and satisfactorily.
• Assist the Project/Contract Manager in delivering assigned projects, including managing staff and ensuring optimal performance through to final completion.
• Report and manage physical progress and financial status on projects.
