- This is not an HR internal role, its a business development and client facing solution role, involving external projects (preference is for people coming from Consulting companies/agency).
- Close to 10 years of experience in Leadership & Culture projects, at least 3-5 years in recent consulting roles.
- Significant client management and business development experience or sales.
- Consulting experience, ideally in leadership & culture solutions services.
- Design & delivery: Design, deliver, and implement impactful, consulting programs within large-scale transformation Leadership & Culture projects.
- Experience in some/all of the following Leadership & Culture service solutions offerings: (Team effectiveness; Culture change; Leadership development; Leadership/Executive Coaching and Advisory; Talent transformation; Workshop design and facilitation)
- Preferred but not a requirement: University degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge.
