  • Utilise big data across multiple sources to enhance our relationships with our customers.
  • Deeply analyse portfolio performance trends to ensure portfolio health is maintained when executing these strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams like Tech / DataOps / Commercial / Finance / Customer Service / Collections to ensure smooth delivery of strategies and correct outcomes’ forecast.
  • Proactively identify gaps and potential risks in processes to maintain consistent adherence to high‑quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Computer Science.

  • The ability to interact and work alongside key stakeholders at all levels across the business with attention to expectation management.
  • Experience in clearly communicating complex analytical insights in a simple manner to diverse audiences, including both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Desired

  • You are comfortable using a direct language and speaking in a straightforward yet respectful manner to save people time and simplify everyone’s workday.
  • You care deeply about helping customers manage their money in a smarter way and want to make a tangible impact in the consumer finance industry, by applying innovative technology and processes.
