Job Title: Senior Principal Project Manager x 3
Department: Community & Children’s Services Department
Salary: £68,300 – £77,400 per annum inclusive of London Weighting. In addition, this post also attracts a Market Forces Supplement of up to £3,380 per annum.
Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:00pm.
Basis: Full‑Time, Permanent.
Workplace Category: Hybrid.
Level of DBS required for this role: Standard

Responsibilities and Duties
Self‑motivated, dynamic and client‑side Senior Principal Project Managers will work as part of a team with responsibility for supporting client‑side governance, contract management, and working effectively with consultants and contractors.
Overseeing the delivery of refurbishment projects and major works for the Barbican Estate, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
Maintaining excellent communication with a wide range of customers and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Project Management skills and knowledge of supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects and major works.
Experience in contract management and working with external consultants and contractors.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated customer‑focused approach, enthusiasm, drive and the right attitude.
