C A B I Bioscience in Wallingford is seeking a Finance Lead – Record to Report to manage all finance-related activities across our global operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for month-end closures, financial controls, and statutory reporting, while promoting a unified R2R framework across CABI.

The role involves leading a global team of finance professionals, working closely with regional offices and external auditors to ensure effective financial governance and reporting accuracy, all within a hybrid working model.
