Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to support our financial planning and analysis functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to provide insightful financial guidance that enhances decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring financial goals align with overall business strategies.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with non‑financial stakeholders.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
