Internal Job Title: Data and Exams Officer

Strategic Direction and Development

Manage data required by the School for external and internal use.

Maintain the accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database.

Lead on and provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, but specifically within Data, Assessment and Recording.

Be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all public examinations and to liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination boards in respect of examination requirements, entries, results and communications, ensuring that the School adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations.

Be responsible for the running of all internal and external exams.

In liaison with the School’s Senior Leadership Team, provide assistance and support in the strategic management and effective organisation of the school’s assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems which assist the school in its primary function of teaching and learning.

You will have:

5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.

Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.

Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.

The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.

The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
