Senior Data Scientist

We’re now hiring a Senior Data Scientist to help shape how data science delivers value across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and deploy machine learning models that solve real commercial problems
• Own work end-to-end – from problem framing through to production
• Partner with product, commercial, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Contribute to key areas like pricing, personalisation, forecasting, and customer experience
• Help raise the bar through strong coding, modelling, and mentorship

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands‑on experience in data science & machine learning
• Advanced Python & SQL (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM)
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, high-value solutions
• Great communication skills — able to explain complex ideas simply

Nice to have:

Experience with LLMs / GenAI, pricing or CLV models, or cloud ML platforms (Azure/AWS/Fabric)
