Trimble is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to find and qualify new business leads for our construction technology SaaS products, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers and helping them see the real-world value of our digital construction solutions.

The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential companies that will thrive using our industry-leading construction software
  • Proactively engage and qualify leads via phone, email, and social media to ensure a perfect fit for our technology stack
  • Partner closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring all customer interactions are captured to drive strategic sales insights
  • Master our divisional software products to effectively communicate technical value and current product innovations to prospects
  • Experience in generating high-quality leads across multiple digital and traditional platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to listen effectively and transmit information clearly
  • A strong customer-service orientation and a commitment to delivering timely, quality solutions to customer needs
  • High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit, fun-loving team environment

Bonus Points For

  • Practical experience updating and managing records within Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Prior knowledge or experience within the construction industry
