Job Title: Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £13 – £16 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead a nursery room with confidence in a thriving early years setting with indoor facilities and a unique woodland area, providing children with exciting opportunities for outdoor learning, exploration, and development within a stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
The successful Nursery Room Leader will be responsible for leading a room team, supporting children’s learning through the EYFS framework, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all children within the nursery.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting
- Experience leading a room or supporting room management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive and caring approach
