Job Overview

Play House Day Nursery, Early Years Leader, Band 5, 37.5 hours per week, based at Sutton, Surrey. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader to run our baby room and care for the children of staff at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.

Responsibilities

• Run the baby room and care for the children of staff at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.
• Manage and supervise a team providing a safe, welcoming and warm environment for the group care of babies, toddlers and pre-school children.
• Develop the social, emotional, physical and intellectual capabilities of the child, providing a learning environment that offers a range of play experiences and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Level A‑C in GCSE English.
• Experience of working effectively with a staff team in full day care.
