REAL ESTATE LITIGATION SOLICITOR, NQ-3 PQE, LONDON, £75,000 – £85,000 DOE – Join a leading national law firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services. Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while supporting senior lawyers on high‑value, technically complex real estate litigation matters.
  • Handle a broad range of contentious property work, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of light, restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, easements, boundary disputes, and possession claims.
  • Draft a wide range of legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, lease notices and other court documents, while preparing matters for hearings, mediations and trials.
  • Instruct counsel, support clients throughout the dispute resolution process, engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, and provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years’ PQE and experience in real estate or property litigation.
  • Experience advising on rights of light, mines and minerals, development or asset management disputes is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, strong commercial awareness, and a practical approach to resolving disputes.
  • Interest in business development and building long‑term client relationships is highly regarded.
