Litigation Solicitor – Future Head of Department Opportunity

A respected law firm is soon to be recruiting an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self‑sufficient litigator who can manage their own caseload, supervise a paralegal and demonstrate the potential to progress into a future Head of Department role.

Caseload Includes:

• General property litigation
• Contentious leasehold and enfranchisement
• Possession claims
• Employment settlement agreements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ PQE in litigation
• Ability to work independently with light supervision
• Experience supervising junior staff
• Strong experience in leasehold and enfranchisement is desirable
