About the Role
Ready to take total ownership of some of the UK’s most iconic, large‑scale live events? As a Projects Director at LS Events you will be the ultimate champion of your assigned projects. You will lead dedicated project and operational teams, translating big‑picture strategy into flawless execution on the ground. While collaborating with our Senior Leadership Team, your day‑to‑day focus will be on leadership and delivery – mastering complex event compliance, navigating SAGs, controlling multi‑million‑pound budgets and nurturing client relationships. This is a heavy‑hitting senior role that grants you the autonomy to make critical decisions, drive operational excellence and directly shape the success of massive live experiences.
About You
- Proven Senior Level Experience – extensive experience as an executive or senior manager leading, coaching and empowering large project and operational teams.
- Portfolio Expertise – a proven track record of overseeing multiple complex, high‑value projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
- Large‑Scale Outdoor Expertise – a proven record of delivering massive, complex outdoor events (20k+ capacity) in the UK and internationally.
- Exemplary Leadership Traits – deep self‑awareness, strong emotional intelligence, empathy, agility, excellent delegation, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
- Values‑Driven Approach – a professional ethos that aligns with and champions our core values of trust, respect and integrity.
- Commercial and Financial Acumen – strong experience in budgetary planning, expense tracking and collaborating with senior leadership on project fee plans that meet financial targets.
- Superb Communication Skills – the ability to build nurturing, robust relationships with high‑level clients, stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining open dialogue for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Industry Compliance Savvy – solid grasp of CDM regulations and comfort navigating Safety Advisory Group deliverables and engagement.

Contract Terms
Salary: From £70,000.00 per annum (pro rata) DOE.
Contract type: Permanent.
Contract hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays (pro rata).
