£32,000 + 25% Bonus + Co Van

Overview

My client is one of the largest and most successful manufacturers of home enhancement products in the UK. They are opening more stores and are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive sales and service excellence in Newquay.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch achieves and exceeds sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain budgetary controls and set pricing based on volume of business.
• Develop and maintain key relationships and grow the business through networking, phone and face‑to‑face development.
• Report to the Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Branch Manager in the trade‑merchant sector or retail DIY.
• Demonstrated high level of sales skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Full driving licence.
