Job Description:

Joining a brand studio that’s working its magic across globally recognised FMCG names, specialising in brand strategy, identity and experiential design, you’ll own the creative. This is a studio that lets the work speak first, and the reputation lives with the people who’ve seen it up close.

The Role

You’ll lead brand identity and campaign design across a global FMCG portfolio, owning projects end-to-end, from the initial idea through to what lands in front of consumers. The remit is deliberately broad: strategic thinking and hands‑on craft in the same job, not siloed into one or the other. You’ll set the creative standard on the studio’s highest‑profile consumer work.

You’ll also build and mentor a growing design team spanning junior, midweight and senior designers, shaping how they work and how the studio’s creative develops beneath you, and you’ll present and pitch directly to global clients, managing expectations and defending the thinking behind the work.

The Person

You’re a hands‑on Design Director with deep FMCG branding experience across identity, refreshes, and special editions – strategy and concept are second nature rather than a bolt‑on. Your portfolio proves it.

You already pitch and present to global clients, and you’ve developed designers across junior, midweight and senior levels. You’re comfortable running several projects at once and owning each from concept to delivery. Most of all, you want the work to carry your thinking – not just your production.
