Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k On Target Earnings) + company car

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Wembley North London

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to lead the charge in growing our presence in the Out of Home (OOH) channel, representing a leading confectionery brand. This is a rare chance to own a blank canvas territory – bringing energy, initiative, and commercial drive to build success from scratch.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH sectors: leisure, healthcare, education, workplace, and defence sites
  • Visiting sites such as soft play centres, theme parks, universities, canteens and contract caterers to pitch and activate opportunities
  • Influencing decision‑makers with range advice, merchandising support and display solutions (countertop units, POS)
  • Supporting product launches, sampling and seasonal activations (e.g. Freshers events)
  • Using data and insight to advise on visibility, availability, and points of interruption
  • Managing your diary effectively to balance prospecting, meetings, and activations
  • Recording activity via tablet and keeping organised client records (Excel/spreadsheets)

What are we looking for

  • A self‑starter with resilience and tenacity, confident cold calling and sourcing new business
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, contacts, and pipeline development
  • Proven sales experience with success in new business wins (OOH/Foodservice experience a plus)
  • Confidence with digital tools – Google Sheets, email, tablets, reporting systems
  • Full UK manual driving licence for at least one year
