Fire Sprinkler Project Manager – High Hazard
Salary/Package – £70,000 – £75,000 basic + Car Allowance + Annual Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity
Alecto are currently working with a well-established, LPCB Level 4 accredited fire protection specialist that is continuing to grow across London. They have built a solid reputation delivering high‑quality commercial sprinkler installations and are now looking for a Project Manager to take the reins on multiple exciting High Hazard projects across the south east.
This role involves managing timelines, budgets, teams and clients while ensuring everything runs smoothly from design through to handover.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end‑to‑end delivery of commercial sprinkler installation projects to high hazard locations
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to LPCB standards
- Overseeing site progress, quality control and compliance
- Problem‑solving – because no two projects are ever the same
- Maintaining clear communication and keeping stakeholders happy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with fire sprinkler system installation
- Strong knowledge of commercial install projects and relevant standards
- Familiarity with LPCB requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
