Overview

We are looking for a Caretaking Supervisor who can lead a team of caretakers ensuring high standards of cleaning, safety and security on Clarion estates in the South West (Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Bristol). You will also provide caretaking services to your own estates and cover for the team as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, guide, support and motivate the caretaking team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to deliver good customer service and meet business objectives.
• Monitor work performance, conduct monthly team meetings, 1‑1’s and performance reviews.
• Work with the housing team to conduct monthly inspections of blocks and estates, grade work quality against Clarion service standards.
• Develop action plans to improve standards where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to travel across the region as required.
• Full valid manual UK driving licence.
• Company van will be provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance is required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
• Residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Contract Details

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £30,628 – £37,207 per annum. Hours are 36 per week with flexible options considered. Applications closing on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at midnight.
