You will be working in the Building Services OU based across St Bartholomew’s and Royal London Hospital where we are responsible for bringing Skanska’s purpose to build for a better society to life—creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.

We are currently looking for a Programme & Performance Manager who will support the Projects and Lifecycle Department with programming and scheduling of work packages across various workstreams.

As the Programme & Performance Manager, you will:

  • Assist the Senior Management Team in all aspects of delivery performance.
  • Support the Projects Team to deliver a customer focussed service through robust processes and procedures with MI to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, track, and monitor Lifecycle and Variation Programmes.
  • Implement and embed approved business improvement initiatives to support the operational unit to outperform its annual targets.
  • Agree and monitor key commercial targets, escalating any areas that need immediate or specific focus to the Senior Management Team.
  • Drive and embed contract improvement plans.

We are looking for:

  • Evidence of having worked in a planning/scheduling/ performance environment. Additionally, have Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable high standards of safety and customer behaviour, leading by example, promoting safety and customer culture.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, safety and statutory regulations.
  • Qualified to HNC level as a minimum in an appropriate discipline is desirable.
  • Must achieve DBS enhanced.
