Quantity Surveyor – Up to £70k, Car & Benefits

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects valued between £1m – £15m in Southampton. This role requires managing sub-contract procurement, contractor accounts, and client valuations.

The successful candidate will have a HNC or construction related degree and experience with JCT contracts. A competitive salary of up to £70k, a company car or car allowance, and extensive benefits are offered.
