Role Details
Salary: £35,000
Location: Wathgill Camp, Wathgill, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AH
Contract: Permanent / Full‑time / On‑site
Hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday
Travel: Valid UK Driving Licence required; travel to regional sites as needed
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate project records, including financial data
- Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders and customers
- Assist in resource management and tender preparation
- Ensure project documentation is audit‑ready and compliant
- Support Project Managers with regional coordination and contractor briefings
- Provide administrative support at meetings and coordinate tender processes
- Prepare purchase orders and manage invoicing
What We’re Looking For
- Essential administrative or project support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Valid UK Driving Licence
