Job Opportunity: Factory Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, BirstallSegment: Pet Nutrition
Job Type: c2-Year Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and guide high-performing project teams, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary problem-solver, identifying bottlenecks early and implementing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
Track and monitor projects meticulously, from the initial “New Product Development” (NPD) phase all the way through to final execution and post-launch review.
Ensure all milestones are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.
Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across the business.
Navigate organizational complexity with ease, knowing how to get things done in a cross-functional matrix environment.
About You
A Higher Education Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
Experience in Project and Process Management – desirable.
The ability to build, motivate, and lead effective project teams from the ground up.
The ability to develop deep, collaborative relationships across all stakeholder levels and diverse project teams.
High level of proactiveness and willingness to take responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
