Location: Hybrid, BirstallSegment: Pet Nutrition

Job Type: c2-Year Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and guide high-performing project teams, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary problem-solver, identifying bottlenecks early and implementing creative solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Track and monitor projects meticulously, from the initial “New Product Development” (NPD) phase all the way through to final execution and post-launch review.

  • Ensure all milestones are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.

  • Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across the business.

  • Navigate organizational complexity with ease, knowing how to get things done in a cross-functional matrix environment.

About You

  • A Higher Education Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).

  • Experience in Project and Process Management – desirable.

  • The ability to build, motivate, and lead effective project teams from the ground up.

  • The ability to develop deep, collaborative relationships across all stakeholder levels and diverse project teams.

  • High level of proactiveness and willingness to take responsibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
