Job Summary
BGTS is hiring a Project Coordinator in the London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid). This Full‑Time Employee (FTE) role requires 3 days a week onsite in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather project updates and information.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, dashboards, and project reports.
- Support PMO / Project Managers with tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Manage project trackers, documentation, and governance artifacts.
- Ensure smooth communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior PMO, or similar role.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (must‑have).
- Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow‑up.
- Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good to Have
- Experience in global or matrix environments.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.
