Job Summary

BGTS is hiring a Project Coordinator in the London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid). This Full‑Time Employee (FTE) role requires 3 days a week onsite in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather project updates and information.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, dashboards, and project reports.
  • Support PMO / Project Managers with tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, maintain minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage project trackers, documentation, and governance artifacts.
  • Ensure smooth communication across project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior PMO, or similar role.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (must‑have).
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow‑up.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good to Have

  • Experience in global or matrix environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.
