Our Customer Contact Centre has a position available for a Customer Contact Centre Executive (or a Call Centre Agent).

NOTE: This is not a Sales position and yet still has the opportunity to earn very well through excellent Customer Service skills and would also suit those looking for a Customer Service Advisor position.

Responsibilities

Your role will be to make and receive phone calls for our existing customers, providing help and assistance in booking them in for their MOT, Servicing and all other work related to their vehicle.

This is a “warm” call position, where customers are expecting to receive our notifications. There is no cold calling here! We have many customers who need us to contact them to get booked into our very busy workshops. The mix of calls is approximately 60% Outbound and 40% Inbound, but this depends on the time of year.

Working Hours

  • Week 1 – 08:00 – 17:00 – 1 hour lunch
  • Week 2 – 09:00 – 18:00 – 1 hour Lunch
  • 1 /4 Saturdays – 09:00 – 13:00 – 4 hours off in the week when working a Saturday – 4 hours off will be an AM or PM assigned by your Line Manager. (Saturday working is only one Saturday in four! So, you still get most of your weekends for a better work / life balance!)
