Responsibilities

  • Service Roadmap:
    • A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations and enhancements.
    • Aligned to strategic needs.
    • Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment and operational needs.
  • Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework:
    • A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
    • Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
    • Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.
  • Risk & Compliance Tracking as required:
    • Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities.
    • Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required:
    • Regular updates to governance bodies.
    • Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
    • Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.

    • Defining how work is delivered

Role details

  • Start date: 1 August 2026
  • Initial contract length: 3 Months
  • Role location: Portsmouth
  • Nationality specification: Sole British Nationality – no dual nationality
  • Number of days per week expected on site: 3+ days a week (depending on need)
  • Minimum security level: SC or above
  • Day rate: £531
  • Outside IR35
