What you will be doing
You will be providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication. Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem‑solving resources. Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner. Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communications. To collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements. Complete daily routine and ensure deadlines set are completed on time. Dealing with delivery disputes, raising customer returns and dealing with invoice queries.
What do I need to be successful?
- Experience within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication both face‑to‑face and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and multi‑task in a busy environment.
- Strong team player
- A desire to look for opportunities to improve and collaborate.
