Job Title: Import Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (negotiable based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import operations with precision.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all import activities.
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Freight Forwarding.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS programs, including Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with USA shipping procedures is preferred but not essential.
