Overview
Provide an excellent customer experience across the Supply Chain Network by ensuring quality and efficient support to meet agreed service levels.
Responsibilities
- Work flexibly to ensure adequate coverage is provided across the supply chain network.
- Resolve customer delivery queries between sales and supply within the branch to maintain positive relationships.
- Carry out all parts operations duties to support all Finning’s sales channels, either on coverage or as part of a rota.
- Organise and consolidate all orders to ensure customers leave with a complete, accurate order in a timely manner.
- Use available sales channels/tools to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in improvement and maintenance of the working areas and the “Collection Point” following 5S and Contamination Control procedures.
- Inspect and process returns in accordance with Finning UK returns policy and coordinate with the warehouse to put away and receipted returns within 24 hours of inspection.
- Manage outstanding returns by liaising with the customer and authorising salesperson.
- Maintain constant awareness of SHEQ obligations and ensure the covered area meets these requirements.

Knowledge and Experience
- Complete understanding of supply chain practices and processes.
- Good understanding of dealer systems (DBS, WMS, Parts Viz).
- Understanding of Finning values, H&S policies and accountability.
- Experience with NPS target of 75% and returns processed within 24 hrs.
- Service delivery SLA meeting and one‑to‑one performance objectives.
- Health & Safety compliance and stock accuracy of 98%.
Education and Experience
- MHE licence.
- Warehouse or logistics experience.
- Warehousing / Logistic qualification (NVQ).
- Customer Service experience.
- Driving licence (required for regional coverage).
