Business Development Manager – Gearboxes

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, product-focused sales professional to make a real impact.

As BDM, you’ll combine technical expertise with sales strategy, using your existing product knowledge and market experience to grow sales, with a strong focus on winning new customers and expanding our presence in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales growth of gearboxes and geared motors
• Identify and win new business, particularly with OEM customers
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, solution-based recommendations
• Prepare and follow up quotations to secure orders
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and colleagues
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• A product-focused sales professional who enjoys winning business and hitting targets
• Strong knowledge of gearboxes / geared motors and their applications
• Customer-first mindset – someone who takes time to understand client challenges and deliver the right solution
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware
