In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with accredited brokers and developing a strategic plan to drive business through the ME Bank Broker channel, using both face‑to‑face and virtual methods. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Broker Operations team, Credit, and Home Lending in Transformation & Operations. Your role will also involve supporting the execution of our communication strategy with approved aggregators and accredited individual brokers. We want you to learn and own the BOQ Group story, adding value to both brokers and their customers. You’ll need to have a thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings available to customers through the broker channel. Ensuring the quality of applications from brokers is key, and you’ll be training them in relevant processes and procedures to reduce rework. You’ll represent BOQ Group at industry functions, events, conferences, and exhibitions, and meet the financial and non‑financial objectives of the BDM scorecard. Supporting brokers in resolving issues related to customer applications and providing excellent and efficient service to the broker and aggregator network is crucial to maintaining and building relationships.
