Mobile Cleaning Manager
Pay £16.85
We are currently recruiting a mobile cleaning manager to work for our client.
The Role
As a cleaning manager, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations on a daily basis. This is a physically and mentally demanding role that requires reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Working for m60 corridor covering up to 20 contracts. Min 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise on-site cleaning teams across various client facilities.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor, order, and deliver cleaning materials and equipment across locations.
- Health & Safety: Enforce company H&S guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE and chemicals.
Requirements
- Successfully completed accredited operator training course
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 1 year’s experience desirable
