We are currently recruiting a mobile cleaning manager to work for our client.

The Role

As a cleaning manager, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations on a daily basis. This is a physically and mentally demanding role that requires reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Working for m60 corridor covering up to 20 contracts. Min 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise on-site cleaning teams across various client facilities.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor, order, and deliver cleaning materials and equipment across locations.
• Health & Safety: Enforce company H&S guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE and chemicals.

Requirements

• Successfully completed accredited operator training course
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 1 year’s experience desirable
