Salary: £17.32 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 12 successful weeks)

Location: Bristol, BS11

Shifts Available: Sun‑Thur (fixed – shifts cannot be changed or amended)

About the role

At this depot you will be working in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, sorting, and outbound operations
• Lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
• Allocate resources based on volume and real‑time data
• Maintain KPIs (on‑time dispatch, accuracy, error rates)
• Support onboarding and performance management
• Deliver daily briefings
• Ensure safety and operational compliance
• Work with transport partners to resolve issues
• Produce shift reports and escalating risks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics lead role
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
