Performance Manager (Operations)

Do you have strong communication skills and ready to be part of our team? We’re looking for Performance Managers to join us in Sherburn in Elmet.

Staffline is recruiting Performance Managers for our clients’ Food and Drinks Warehouse distribution centre.

The rate of pay is £15.25 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off. The hours of work are:

• 10am to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Own site performance metrics and productivity
• Drive targeted action plans
• Hold Warehouse Operatives and Team Managers accountable for delivery
• Lead structured performance reviews

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a performance-led operations environment
• Experience with Red Prairie WMS (or similar systems)
• Ability to challenge and influence operatives and managers
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of using Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
