• Motivate and lead the shift team, creating a positive and high‑energy work environment.
• Set an example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure top‑notch food safety standards and order accuracy.
• Uphold Health and Safety regulations throughout the store.

• Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
