Lung Ha Theatre Company is seeking an Administrator to join our small team, supporting Scotland’s leading theatre company that works with learning-disabled adults.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact for LHTC actors, families, and support teams, coordinating communication, rehearsals, auditions, productions, projects, and access-related requirements.
- Support office management, scheduling, board administration, finance processes, fundraising administration, environmental reporting, website updates, and general company communications.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Methodical approach with close attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Hours: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE).
- Full-time hours: 35 hours per week (excluding lunch), Monday–Friday, with flexibility around evenings and weekends to align with production/activity schedules.
Remuneration
Salary: £23,200 (£29,000 per annum) with 3% employer pension contribution.
Contract
Interim post, fixed term of five months, starting as soon as possible.
