Business Support Officer

Homes and Neighbourhoods manage over 21000 council homes and the associated tenancies. The Business Support team provides administrative support, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of back‑office processes and administration duties. The service also deals with the coordination and collation of information for Disrepairs and Subject Access Requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support within the Business Support team.
  • Update records, extract relevant information and ensure quality processing.
  • Support meetings, post systems and general admin tasks.
  • Coordinate and collate information for Disrepairs and Subject Access Requests.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience supporting meetings, post systems and general admin tasks.

  • Salary: £25,583- £25,989
