We are looking for a people-focused leader, based in our Weston‑Super‑Mare Head Office to take ownership of our Internal Parts Team, driving performance, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and develop your team – coaching, mentoring and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
- Oversee performance, absence and wellbeing, managing both professional and personal matters with empathy and fairness.
- Integrate and develop new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding and building a strong, engaged team culture.
- Act as the go‑to for team support, helping colleagues navigate queries, challenges and day‑to‑day operations.
- Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and insights (Excel, Office 365 tools).
- Manage workloads and priorities to keep operations efficient and customer‑focused.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers, resolving issues and improving processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager with a passion for developing people.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach and improve team performance.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with a hands‑on, proactive approach.
- A people‑first mindset with the ability to support both performance and wellbeing.
- Experience in contact centres or logistics is helpful, but leadership skills are what matter most.

Salary
Starting salary £28,789 – £35,000.
