A day in the life of Night Manager

  • Ensure safety and security of guests and staff during the night.
  • Conduct at least two security checks per shift, emphasizing fire safety.
  • Perform nightly audit to close the day’s business and coordinate with accounts for accuracy.
  • Recruit, train, and continuously develop the night team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist with guest arrival, departure, serving at the bar, breakfast, and kitchen operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for guest concerns and comments.

Role Requirements

  • Supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, reputation for delivering great service, and a fun working attitude.
  • Commitment to a weekly rota, including weekends.
  • Previous exposure to night work is an advantage.
  • Basic level certificate in Food Hygiene an advantage; full training provided.
  • Right to work in the UK, with original supporting documentation required.
